Seasonality:
High/Holiday Season - July 1 - September 5, plus all Holidays including Easter, Spring Break, Victoria Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. $125.00 CAD per night based on single or double occupancy.
Off Season- excluding Holidays - $100.00 CAD per night based on single or double occupancy.

Rates:
All room rates are per night based on single or double occupancy in each room. Additional persons in the room are $25.00/adult $12.50/child per night in existing rooms. Rates include full daily breakfast, full use of dining facilities, free movies, and snacks. All rates are charged in Canadian dollars and will be converted to local currency by your credit card company.
Minimum Stay:
During the high and holiday season we adopt a 2 night minimum stay policy. Single night stays will be subject to a $50.00 fee, and will be accommodated based on availability and at the discretion of the owner.

Daily/Weekend Reservations:
deposit equivalent to 1 night's accommodation will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation. The balance of your stay will be charged at check-out.
Weekly Reservations:
A deposit equivalent to 50% of weekly accommodation rate will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation. The balance of your stay will be charged at check-out.
Cancellation Policy:
Prior 14 Days of Arrival: For any changes or cancellations resulting in reduction of nights made prior to 14 days of your original check-in date a $50.00 adminstrative fee will apply.

Within 14 days of Arrival: Cancellations made for any reason within the 14 day period prior to your arrival, including after check-in will forfeit all payments.
Cancellation insurance is recommended and can be purchased through a travel agent.
